Aftersales Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Details: Obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate descriptions of work to be carried out.
  • Sales and Invoicing: Sell products to customers, such as brake services, number plates, fuel treatments, service plans, replacement tyres, and MOTs. Prepare and present cash and account invoices to customers.
  • Workshop Liaison: Liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop.
  • Communication: Inform customers of any delays in completion, maintain the Workshop loading system, and deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • Quality Scores: Work with the Service Manager to ensure high Quality Scores and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Motor Trade Experience: Must have experience in the motor trade industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead meetings and work across teams to ensure high Quality Scores and customer satisfaction.
