About the Role

Fitzwilliam Hospital, a leading independent hospital in Cambridgeshire, is seeking a highly motivated Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Pre-Operative Assessment team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care and contributing to a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in team building and suggest ideas for future development and improvement

Requirements

  • NMC registration
  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Recent post-qualification surgical experience
  • Experience of a team approach to care delivery
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
