As a Lettings Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving business growth and ensuring the highest compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss key performance indicators and business objectives
* Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
* Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
* Attention to detail
