As a Lettings Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Your expertise in residential lettings will drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to set goals and objectives
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business operates within regulatory compliance standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a positive team spirit
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full UK driving license
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Proof of right to work in the UK, including passport, birth certificate, and proof of address
