We are Powersheds, a leading provider of premium wooden garden sheds and log cabins throughout the UK, Germany, and Ireland.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex customer complaints, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior customer service role, with a proven track record of providing guidance and support to a small team. You will be confident in using Excel and other software systems, and have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and support to customers and agents over the phone and in writing;
  • Dealing with both retail and trade customers – sales (inbound only) and customer service;
  • Handling customer and agent complaints efficiently, including escalated issues while providing excellent levels of customer service;
  • General office admin, scanning, printing, data input, etc.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development programs.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,560.00 per year, plus benefits including additional leave, bereavement leave, casual dress, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, enhanced maternity leave, and enhanced paternity leave.
