Job Overview

Cosmos Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone or email.
  • Organize the weekly delivery run, including stock management and paperwork preparation.
  • Book couriers as needed to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Create product codes and set up suppliers in internal systems.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Process and manage customer orders, returns, and queries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
  • Assist with costing and coding exercises to support business growth.
  • Provide proof of delivery (PODs) and estimated times of arrival (ETAs) as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with a dedication to excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
