About the Role:

As a key member of our station team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ticket gates and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safe and efficient operation of ticket gates, ensuring all customers have the correct ticket for their journey.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers, helping them navigate the station and their journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the station team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a positive and helpful experience.
  • Assist with crowd management during busy periods, ensuring the smooth flow of customers through the ticket gates.
  • Stay up-to-date with station information and provide customers with accurate and timely information about their journeys.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a great communicator, able to provide clear and concise information to customers, and be flexible in your approach to tasks and duties.

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time role, working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 37 hours per week, across 4.5 days.
