Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our projects, while also leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise welding activities, including quality control and assurance
  • Develop and implement standardized methods for identifying complex problems
  • Collaborate with the service/project manager to produce work schedules and plans
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment
  • Review and approve welding certifications, quality records, and other relevant documents
  • Monitor and report on welding statistics and quality performance
  • Organize and supervise welding skills tests and training
  • Progress change requests, deviations, and claims
  • Deliver lessons learned and feedback for current and future projects
  • Ensure the contractor's punch items are closed

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3 Engineering
  • CSWIP Welding Inspector
  • Experience as a supervisor in delivering Boiler Pressure Parts services to a large industrial plant
  • Experience in coordinating contracts and contractors on site
  • Knowledge of relevant international and national technical standards
  • Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
