Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties, including badge printing and area access control.
  • Monitor alarms and conduct CCTV investigations as needed.
  • Control access for visitors, staff, and contractors, ensuring a secure environment.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols to maintain site security.
  • Follow site procedures and report incidents and accidents to the customer.
  • Assist with gatehouse duties, including ID checks and vehicle inspections.
  • Screen and search individuals as required.
  • Rotate duties with other officers to ensure a fair workload.

Requirements:

  • A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence is mandatory.
  • A 5-year checkable work/education history is required.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create comprehensive incident reports.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A happy to help others attitude.
