Due to continued expansion, we now have the requirement for a Junior Merchandiser / Sales person to join our client’s team. This fantastic opportunity offers a competitive salary, training on the job with the security of it being a permanent role.

**Rates of Pay**: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience

**Hours of work**: Monday-Thursday 08:30 - 17.00 Friday 9:00-16:00 (flexible hours available after training)

**Duties will include**:

- Responsible for assisting the team in ensuring that the products are effectively managed according to sales trends and stock movement.
- Manage stock levels and merchandising of orders.
- Highlight any issue relating to the expedient delivery to customer.
- Liaise with customers/suppliers and logistics.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure best sellers reach their full potential.
- Oversee the supply chain and work closely with suppliers.
- Keep updated with market trends and consumer needs.

**Skills required**:

- Experience in a similar role would be ideal, or a strong passion for this industry
- Strong analytical skills
- An excellent understanding of fashion trends and styles
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Ability to work independently and within a team, under tight deadlines
