Regional Sales Development Manager

At TPS, we are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS is a national network of TPS Centres with a 1,500-strong national team dedicated to providing high-quality Genuine Parts and products to independent garages and bodyshops.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. They will also have a deep understanding of the vehicle parts industry and be able to identify new business opportunities.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the vehicle parts industry;
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity;
About You:
- Proven sales experience in the vehicle parts industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Highly organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail;
