Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Watford. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through a seamless purchasing journey, from initial welcome to negotiation and handover of their purchased vehicle
- Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
- Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences
- Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
- Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- Genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
- A valid UK driving licence is required
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
