Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at BEUMER Group, a leading provider of intralogistics solutions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our baggage handling system, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the baggage handling system, including electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Conduct analytical troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales
  • Support the Airport Service Manager in maintaining a high level of service quality
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, such as City and Guilds/NVQ or an ONC in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
