Care Support Worker

A prestigious care home, part of the UK's Top 20 Care Home Groups, is currently seeking a dedicated Support Assistant (HCA) to join their team in Witney. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Support Assistant for older people and possess a compassionate approach, enabling residents to live well and independently in a safe and caring environment. This permanent Support Assistant position comes with a competitive salary range of £19,000 - £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a mixed shift pattern, with full-time or part-time options available. To succeed in this role, you will require:

- (Essential) A compassionate approach and willingness to help with personal care tasks
- (Desirable) Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
