Job Title: Male SEN Manny/Buddy in Residential Setting

SNAP Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced male support worker to join our residential team. The successful candidate will work closely with a family who require live-in support for their two 17-year-old twin brothers with Neurological Conditions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these two young individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, enjoy cooking, and be willing to travel abroad. They should also have experience supporting teenagers or adults with Neurological Conditions and possess strong IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the twins' independence and functional skills development
  • Fostering good nutrition and encouraging participation in fun activities
  • Liaising with Occupational Therapist and incorporating therapies into daily routine
  • Administering medication as required

Requirements:

  • Two plus years of experience supporting individuals with Neurological Conditions
  • Strong interest and experience in sports and fitness
  • Good cooking skills and ability to maintain dietary needs
  • Willingness to travel abroad and valid passport
  • Strong IT skills
