Job Overview: SNAP Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate male support worker to care for two 17-year-old twin brothers with Neurological Conditions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with the family to create a supportive environment that fosters the twins' independence, functional skills, and overall well-being. This includes providing assistance with daily living tasks, administering medication, and accompanying the family during travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the twins' independence and daily living tasks
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to the twins
  • Liaising with Occupational Therapist and incorporating therapies into daily routine
  • Administering medication as required

Requirements:

  • Two plus years of experience supporting individuals with Neurological Conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license (desirable)
  • First Aid certification (desirable)

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £65,000 per annum
  • Separate cottage provided with all bills covered (apart from food and Wi-Fi)
