Male Support Worker for Twin Brothers

Job Title: Live in Male SEN Manny/Buddy
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced male support worker to join the household of two 17-year-old twin brothers with Neurological Conditions. The successful candidate will provide invaluable assistance in promoting their independence, functional skills, and overall well-being.
About the Role:
This is an exciting and challenging role that requires flexibility, as the twins' needs change daily. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting teenagers or adults with Neurological Conditions and possess strong IT skills. They should also be passionate about sports, enjoy cooking nutritious meals, and be willing to travel abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the twins' independence and functional skills development
- Fostering good nutrition and encouraging participation in fun activities like cooking classes and water park visits
- Liaising with Occupational Therapist and incorporating therapies into daily routine
- Administering medication as required
Requirements:
- Two plus years of experience supporting individuals with Neurological Conditions
- Strong interest and experience in sports and fitness
- Good cooking skills and ability to maintain dietary needs
- Willingness to travel abroad and valid passport
- Strong IT skills
Benefits:
