Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Enablement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our organisation's data-driven culture forward by developing a comprehensive data analytics strategy and establishing policies, standards, and best practices for data analytics.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for data analytics to take on a key role in shaping our organisation's data strategy. You will work closely with our data analytics teams to identify areas for improvement and implement new solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to modern analytics platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with our organisation's goals
  • Establish policies, standards, and best practices for data analytics to ensure consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organisation
  • Foster a strong community of practice among data analysts and business intelligence professionals across the organisation
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring they offer robust capabilities for data exploration, visualization, and advanced analytics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing data analytics functions, with a solid understanding of analytics methodologies, tools, and platforms
  • Experience managing transition to modern analytics platforms that meet the current and future needs of the business
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including familiarity with regulatory requirements and business processes
  • Excellent leadership and community-building skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment among a diverse group of analytics professionals
