Insurance Risk Manager

Reckitt, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking a seasoned Insurance Risk Manager to join its team. This is a senior position within the group insurance function, reporting directly to the Group Insurance Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective insurance, risk management, and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global major insurance programs, ensuring optimal coverage and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, negotiating renewals and mid-year activities.
- Support acquisition and divestiture activities, ensuring seamless insurance transitions.
- Actively manage large, complex claims, providing expert guidance and support.
- Serve as the group's insurance expert, responding to queries and providing advice to the business.
- Collaborate with corporate teams, including Finance, Legal, Environment, Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
- Support Risk Management and Insurance activities across the group, including Property Loss Control and Contract Reviews.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organization or international insurance broker/insurer.
- Proven experience working on global insurance programs, with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong analytical and detail-focused, with the ability to manage complex claims and risk management initiatives.
- Broad technical insurance policy knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
