Global Insurance Manager

Reckitt, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as a Global Insurance Manager.
About the RoleThis critical role will support our Group Insurance Director in providing effective insurance, risk management, and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global insurance programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, negotiate renewals, and manage mid-year activities.
- Provide support for acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions.
- Manage complex claims and serve as the group's insurance expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
- Support risk management and insurance activities across the group.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organization or international insurance broker/insurer.
- Experience working on global insurance programs and full end-to-end renewal processes.
- Strong technical insurance policy knowledge and project management skills.
- Broad experience in best practice global insurance, loss prevention, risk engineering, and claims handling practices.
