FinanceOur Finance team is a critical part of our business, and we are looking for a skilled Insurance Risk Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Risk Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective insurance, risk management, and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
- Placement and management of global major insurances programmes
- Building relationships and liaising with insurance brokers in renewal process, projects, and midyear activities
- Provide support for acquisition and divestiture activities
- Actively manage large complex claims
- Be the group's insurance expert and respond to queries from the business and provide advice
- Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources
As an Insurance Risk Manager, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer. You will also have experience of working on global insurance programmes, placing insurance, and full end-to-end renewal processes. You will have a broad technical insurance policy knowledge and effective communication, influencing/negotiation skills, integrity, and trust, priority setting, analytical, and detail-focused skills.
