About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing effective insurance, risk management, and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
Key Responsibilities- Placement and management of global major insurances programmes.
- Building relationships and liaising with insurance brokers in renewal process, projects, and midyear activities.
- Provide support for acquisition and divestiture activities.
- Actively manage large complex claims.
- Be the group's insurance expert and respond to queries from the business and provide advice.
- Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
- Support Risk Management and Insurance activities across the group e.g. Property Loss Control, Contract Reviews.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer. You should have experience of working on global insurance programmes, placing insurance, and full end-to-end renewal processes. You should also have broad technical insurance policy knowledge and effective communication, influencing/negotiation skills, integrity, and trust, priority setting, analytical, and detail-focused skills.
