Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee the cleanliness and hygiene practices within our Boston facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and maintaining high standards of sanitation and will be able to lead by example.

About the Role:
  • You'll develop and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • You'll conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of hygiene are maintained to the highest standard

What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
  • Competitive car allowance: £7,500 per annum
  • An attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday, 20% short-term bonus, and private medical insurance
