Community Outreach Manager

Service Care Solutions, the leading recruitment agency for the Probation service nationwide, is currently recruiting for Community Payback Supervisors in Northamptonshire. This role offers an estimated salary of £20-£30 per hour (dependent on experience) for a 37-hour workweek (Wednesdays to Saturdays).
Responsibilities and Duties- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and alert relevant staff to any risk. Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including placement risk assessments.
- Provide appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies according to local procedure and instruct service users on safe use.
- Maintain all service user records in accordance with organizational requirements, updating information on the case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Effective interpersonal skills to supervise people constructively while maintaining authority.
- Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.
- Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
- A valid driving license.
