Housing Support Service
Job Description:
Our Glasgow South Central Housing Support service supports individuals in the Pollock and Govan area. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will take an active interest in clients' hobbies, which may include going out for walks, visiting social clubs, volunteering, and shopping. Your goal will be to enable clients to explore new opportunities, reduce social isolation, and increase their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, homecare, and household support to clients.
* Assist clients with managing finances, medication, and meal preparation.
* Support clients in accessing local community services and social activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Empathetic and caring attitude towards clients.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literacy.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
* Good organisational skills.

Shift Patterns:
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and bank/public holidays.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ££23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include generous annual leave, cash back and discounts, and continuous training opportunities.
