**Job Title:** Care and Support Worker
**Location:** Glasgow
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with additional needs. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children aged 5-18.
**About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will work closely with teaching staff, other support workers, and parents to provide individualized support and create a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a calm demeanor. Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with additional needs
- Assist with personal care, including administration of medication (if required)
- Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
