Job Title: Asbestos Site Supervisor

Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at an established educational facility in Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of site services, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption.
  2. Allocate, inspect, and monitor contracted building and remedial works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Direct and manage external building contractors, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to Health and Safety Regulations.
  4. Manage school and premise site security systems, ensuring the safety and security of staff and students.
  5. Conduct regular Health and Safety checks, including Fire and Evacuation, Asbestos, and Legionella checks.
  6. Arrange internal decoration and site repair works, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  7. Procure the best value for budget allowances, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  8. Maintain high standards of work, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail.
  9. Attend regular meetings with the Regional Estates Manager, providing updates and insights on site operations.
  10. Prepare and submit reports and improvement logs, detailing all works and potential concerns.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to undertake physical lifting, stretching, and bending, as well as light internal maintenance and remedial work. You will also need to work in adverse weather conditions, so please be prepared to dress accordingly.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive Health and Safety Site experience, a Full UK Driving Licence, and a proven track record of success in a similar role or within an Estate Management post.
