Facilities Manager

Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team at an established educational facility in Wiltshire. This role offers a great career opportunity for a skilled facilities professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee site services management, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption.
- Allocate, inspect, and monitor contracted building and remedial works, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Manage and direct external building contractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to Health and Safety Regulations.
- Ensure school and premise site security systems remain in excellent working order, with regular testing and maintenance.
- Assure strict adherence to Health and Safety Regulations, including:
- Fire and Evacuation procedures
- Asbestos and Legionella checks
- Security System Testing
- Site access routes
- Site vehicle checks
- Arrange internal decoration and site repair works, ensuring best value for budget allowances and timely completion.
- Report to the Regional Estates Manager, attending regular meetings and providing detailed reports and improvement logs.
- Perform physical lifting, stretching, and bending, along with light internal maintenance and remedial work.
- Work in adverse weather conditions, with flexibility to adapt to seasonal changes.
Qualifications: A Full UK Driving Licence and extensive Health and Safety Site experience are essential. A similar role or Estate Management post is preferred.
Salary: £36,000 plus attractive employee benefits.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
