Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate site operatives and subcontractors to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement CDM construction phase plans and ensure all safety procedures are carried out on site.
- Conduct site inspections and inductions prior to work commencing.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
- Driving Licence
- Background in Civil Engineering or Highways and experience managing multiple teams
- NRSWA supervisor
- IT Literate
- CSCS Black card
- SMSTS/SSSTS
