Commercial Planning and Financial Reporting Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to join our Finance team at E Gruppe. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and own the financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Present insights to the E Gruppe Executive team, drive action and implementation of financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Drive clear messaging regarding performance across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Work collaboratively with Global and UK Finance teams and business stakeholders to effectively communicate planning and reporting requirements and timelines, ensuring their understanding and commitment.
- Implement digital solutions to streamline financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coach and mentor a team of two, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Lead the Internal Controls process across EIS UK Finance teams ensuring documentation, adherence to standards and sharing of best practice.
- Finance Business Partner to the Go To Market, Strategy and Commercial teams.
- Support and deliver cross functional initiatives, such as SAP 4 Hana implementation.
- Membership of a professional accounting institute (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Proven experience in leading financial planning and reporting processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in digitalising financial planning and reporting processes and systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial planning and reporting.
- Ideally, expertise in using financial systems including SAP and Anaplan.
