- Profitability Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis on sales and margin performance, product profitability, pricing etc to guide commercial decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Commercial Strategy: Support the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and market share.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to safeguard business performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior leadership, providing financial guidance and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
- Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Commercial Finance: Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, and supporting commercial teams in driving profitability.
- Leadership: Experience managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and key performance metrics.
