We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of our mental health services, providing clinical and management supervision to professional staff, and ensuring a responsive and high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of mental health services

  • Allocating work to relevant services and monitoring team contribution to overall objectives
  • Providing professional governance and leadership within the area
  • Deputising for the Deputy Service Manager as required
Person Specification

We are looking for a dedicated mental health professional with a Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent. Essential experience includes providing leadership in a mental health care environment, evidence of leading service development within a mental health setting, and involving service users and carers in developing services. Desirable experience includes providing leadership in a learning disability care environment and working in a community CFYP Team.
