Administration Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Team Leader to join our Urology department at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and support to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative leadership and support to the Urology department, ensuring the smooth operation of patient pathways and services.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient experience and outcomes.
- Proven experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shift patterns and location.
- Knowledge of administrative systems and processes, with experience of using IT systems and software.
