Job Description: Primary Intervention Support Professional

Aspire People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to provide Maths and English support to pupils in the Wollaton area.

This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with students, assess their needs, and develop effective lesson plans to address learning gaps. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to ensure seamless integration of their Maths and English support into existing lesson plans. A key aspect of this role is flexibility, as you will be required to work on a daily supply basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing Maths and English support to pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2
  • Assessing student levels and developing targeted lesson plans
  • Collaborating with class teachers to ensure effective integration of support
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher status
  • Experience of supporting pupils in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply)
Benefits:
