Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Manager to lead our Eating Disorders team in North Yorkshire and York. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in managing teams and developing services.
The role will involve providing clinical leadership and management of the team, as well as developing and delivering excellent services to promote recovery and well-being for service users. The post holder will be responsible for operational management, practice development, and service development initiatives to ensure continual quality improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's level qualification in a relevant field, with significant experience of working with patients with complex needs and risk behaviors. They will also have a working knowledge of the legal framework and statutory obligations under the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
