Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team and supporting them in the delivery of high-quality, effective, and evidence-based care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the team and support them in delivering high-quality care.
  • Drive excellent clinical quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Support the development of nursing staff and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 months of experience at Band 5 or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse (Level 1) qualification.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and implementation in clinical practice within the last 12 months.
