Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Manager to lead our Eating Disorders team in North Yorkshire and York. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, including management and leadership roles, and experience in supervising staff and service development.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities of eating disorders and be able to provide clinical leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to promote recovery and well-being for service users.
About the RoleThe Clinical Team Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and management to the Eating Disorders team
- Developing and implementing service plans to improve outcomes for service users
- Leading practice development and service improvement initiatives
- Managing a team of clinicians and administrative staff
- Collaborating with other teams and services to ensure seamless care for service users
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current professional registration with a relevant healthcare or social work body
- Experience in mental health services, including management and leadership roles
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of eating disorders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and services
