About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project / H&S Administrator to join our Health and Safety Team at Monaghans Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our H&S consultants, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the H&S Team, including document management, H&S document preparation, and basic project administration.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and clients, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Prepare and maintain MS Excel tracker spreadsheets, collate information, and input data into the client's online portal.
  • Support H&S colleagues in day-to-day activities, including filing and updating project trackers.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or health and safety environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
