Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Coordinator. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting the work of our paid staff and enhancing the patient experience.

Main Duties

Our volunteers are based in a variety of settings across Sheffield, including care homes and acute wards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to patients and staff
  • Assisting with activities and events
  • Helping to collect feedback from service users
  • Supporting our activity coordinators
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Able to prove your right to work in the UK
  • Willing to undergo a DBS check
  • Available to commit to volunteering for at least 3 hours a week for 6 months
