We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager Designate to join our team at Savers. As an Assistant Manager Designate, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised to the highest standards
