Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Acute Care segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical device or related industry.
- Established record of delivering sales goals or quotas.
- Knowledge of tendering and capital sales processes.
- Confirmed selling skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Clinical experience in manual handling or physiotherapy is beneficial.
- Experience of using a CRM system.
