Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Transformation Director to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services practice, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation engagements in the retail and commercial banking sectors.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex operational transformation projects, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its key issues. You will be able to develop and commercialize client relationships, lead engagement delivery, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transformation engagements in retail and commercial banking
  • Develop and commercialize client relationships
  • Drive business growth through strategic advice and coaching
  • Manage risks and ensure effective implementation of risk management frameworks
  • Participate in the career and skills development of junior staff
  • Coach and performance manage a small team of junior staff
