Retail Transformation Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Transformation Director to lead our retail operations in the Falkland Islands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

About the Role
  • Lead all aspects of retail operations, including managing a team of store managers and overseeing individual stores to ensure smooth operations and optimized profits.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the Retail Director to monitor and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with the Procurement Director and other staff to ensure that all stores have the correct product assortment to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and lead the Retail Modernisation Programme across the Retail Division, monitoring its effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in change management and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of retail software applications, including POS systems, and proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Driving license and willingness to relocate to the Falkland Islands.
