Job Title: Weekend Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Audi Lincoln. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries and directing calls to the relevant department.
- Greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring that they are directed to the relevant person or department.
- Utilize the email and database system to record and distribute messages.
- Provide refreshments to customers and visitors, ensuring that they are comfortable and well-cared for.
- Monitor and analyze switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
