About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Lincoln. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors and ensuring that all incoming telephone calls are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company and brand standards.
  • Utilize our email and database system to record and distribute messages accurately and promptly.
  • Provide refreshments and assistance to customers and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in customers.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a customer-centric approach.
  • A passionate and proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.
