Weekend Receptionist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Lincoln. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls, ensuring a professional and prompt connection to the relevant person or department. You will also welcome visitors, providing a warm and courteous welcome, and assist them as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and in accordance with Company and Brand standards.
- Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors.
- Utilise the email and database system to record and distribute messages accurately.
- Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors, assisting as necessary to maximise their comfort.
- Monitor and analyse switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public, and other team members.
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
- Impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach.
