Weekend Receptionist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Lincoln. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that callers are connected to the relevant person or department.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Utilizing our email and database system to record and distribute messages efficiently.
- Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors.
- Monitoring and analyzing switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
- Impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering service above customer expectations.
