Job Title: Weekend Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at JCT600. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a warm welcome to our visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be crucial in creating a positive and memorable experience for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all customers leave the dealership feeling valued and satisfied.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
