Weekend Receptionist Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Lincoln. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, connecting callers to the relevant person or department.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Utilizing our email and database system to record and distribute messages efficiently.
- Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors, assisting as necessary to maximize their comfort.
- Monitoring and analyzing switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in customers.
- Impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
