Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Property Administrator to join our team at Inspired Property Management in Leeds.

This is a challenging role that requires someone with extensive experience in property management, including knowledge of relevant legislation, budget management, and financial control.

About the Role

As a Residential Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet required standards and target timescales.

Your main duties will include:

  • Coordinating all resources to effectively manage your portfolio of properties.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections, completing reports as required.
  • Preparing accurate monthly reporting information for the company and clients.

You will also be expected to promote the company's values and be an ambassador for Inspired Property Management.
